Description

A home is just a house to any passerby, anyone who hasn’t lived there. This idea is simple, having a place of comfort and rest is a human need. The idea of "home" is completely universal- everyone who has had a home or does have one has their own world contained within this space- no one knows the place how you do, the feelings, the memories, or special parts of it. It is completely new to each person who views it and comes within it. Each home holds endless stories, all houses are homes of a million tiny moments. This photograph is from a collection of photographs that serves as a time capsule of the only house that I have known as home- encapsulating the good and the bad with each photograph. In a way each one represents different phases of my life that were lived and experienced within my grandparent's home.
