Description
This work symbolizes how no matter how much you try to change and create a new self, your past self will always be a part of you, and it resembles your current self more than you think. I attempted to make this painting appear to be a skull inside a skull to show the repeating pattern of killing your past selves. The complementary color scheme symbolizes the conflicting sides of yourself that must coexist inside one being.
