Description
This piece is a study of Joseph Ducreux's self-portrait, "Le Discret." I worked on mastering his painting style and replicating it with soft pastels. Of course, instead of a portrait of Ducreux, I have replaced the Frenchman with a fox. With a sly and mischievous expression, my fox works to bring the cunning style of Ducreux into my own.
