The background is a manipulation of a phylogenic tree typically used to display the evolution of a species and its subspecies. In this piece I have reversed this tree to depict the loss of biodiversity overtime as our world continues to abuse our environment simultaneously endangering more species. This is a warning as to all the vibrancy and color that will soon be history if change is not made soon to protect the biodiversity that keeps our world alive.
