Description
Done in the winter, Autumn Light is nostalgia for the less harsh cousin, the fall. As colors turn red, brown, orange, and rust, everything is in flux. This painting is an attempt at capturing a moment in transition. When the mountains are positioned exactly like so, the sun at the right position in the sky, and the water reflecting as it does.
