Maisha yangu [My life]

This work is the second installment of Robert’s autobiography, although it remains to this day the first to be published. He once wrote an autobiographical essay about his childhood and youth to the time of his marriage in 1936, but it has never been located. Hence, this edition on display here, in its original edition, covers the middle years of his life, from 1936 to the late 1940’s.
